Mindful nourishment is more than the food you put in your mouth. Mindful nourishment is about healing your relationship with your body and food. It’s about finding what works for you - the foods that love you back, slowing down to truly savor what you eat, and feeling good from the inside out.

With mindful nourishment, you will deepen your connection to your body. You will listen to what your body is telling you, understand your fullness and hunger cues, and cultivate deep awareness of what it means for your body to be nourished.

Together, we will take a whole system approach to what you put in your body, release shame and restriction, and explore what works for your body and your nervous system.

Initial Consultation

During our first consultation, we will explore your goals, your current relationship with your body and food, and your past experiences. From there, we will collaborate on goals for our work together.

Check-Ins

After our initial consultation, we will start with a three-month commitment of weekly or bi-weekly check-ins (depending on your package). These check-ins will be tailored to your specific circumstances and goals and will focus on deepening your connection to your body. We will intertwine supportive nutrition with exploring and healing your relationship with your body and with food, digging into patterns in your eating and emotions, and tapping into your body’s innate wisdom of what it needs.
